Full Training and Coaching
Professional training rides and coaching from Jennifer Porter — Grand Prix competitor. Your horse gets ridden correctly, consistently, and with a long-term development plan in mind. Not just maintained — developed.
Full Grooming and Daily Care
Every horse in our program receives full grooming and ground care as standard. We live on the property. Night checks are included. Your horse is never an afterthought at the end of someone's day.
Individualized Nutrition Program
No generic feeding programs here. Every horse gets an individualized nutrition plan built around their workload, age, and needs. Because what your horse eats directly affects how they perform and recover.
The Treadmill
Our covered equine treadmill is included in every horse's program. Treadmill work builds topline, improves cardiovascular fitness, and keeps horses moving correctly — especially valuable during busy show seasons when under-saddle time is limited. At many barns this is a significant add-on cost. Here it's standard.
Turnout
Two all-weather sand turnouts, additional paddocks, a round pen, and direct access to riding trails. Turnout is essential for a horse's mental and physical health — it's not a luxury and it shouldn't cost extra. Every horse in our program gets appropriate turnout as part of their daily routine.

Our arena features Performance First and TruTex footing engineered for Las Vegas's desert climate, plus custom Grand Prix jumps so horses are prepared for exactly what they'll face in the show ring.

Two trucks and trailers on property at all times for shows and emergencies. When you need to move fast, we're ready.
